What do you like most?
We really enjoy working with Reguest. Especially in the daily hotel operations, it's a real advantage when a system truly simplifies processes without unnecessarily complicating them. After a short familiarization period, it's easy to navigate and implement many things quickly and easily. What we particularly appreciate is its user-friendliness – both for us and our guests. The support is also a major plus: We receive prompt, solution-oriented responses to any questions. The integrated newsletter tool has also proven invaluable. Mailings can be implemented quickly and professionally, achieving a pleasingly high response rate from our guests. We also appreciate that Reguest is continuously being developed and that new features and capabilities are regularly added. Overall, Reguest is a reliable and well-designed tool that has proven its worth in daily use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area where we see room for improvement is the implementation of individual special requests. Not all specific requirements can always be mapped within the system as flexibly as we would like in day-to-day hotel operations.
