What do you like most?
What I like about Snapfix is that it’s very straightforward—it helps you pinpoint the exact area or room where the issue is, and it’s easy to use. That said, some training might still be needed for those who don't know how to use it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As I said, I think the people using it need a bit more training. Also, instead of being split into groups for HK, it should link directly to Maintenance; that way, when the location is entered, it’s easier for HK—more direct.
