What do you like most?
I particularly like the Channel Manager feature, especially the Distribution page, which I use regularly in my daily work. It provides a convenient way to manage and monitor our distribution channels in one place, making it easier to keep track of room availability and rates across different OTAs. I find this feature very useful for handling daily reservations and making adjustments when needed. It helps simplify daily operations, saves time, and makes managing our online sales channels more organized and efficient. Overall, the Distribution page is one of the features I rely on most in my daily work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see improved system stability. Occasionally, when updating room availability, rates, rate plans, or other information, the system does not save the changes properly. As a result, I have to refresh the page and repeat the process. Sometimes, it is unclear which changes have been saved and which have not, making the process confusing and time-consuming. Apart from these issues, I find the overall workflow smooth and have no major problems with the other features. Improving system stability and ensuring that changes can be saved consistently would make the overall user experience much better.
