What do you like most?
We use TrustYou daily to respond to customer reviews. We especially appreciate the ability to categorize reviews and respond quickly using artificial intelligence. However, regarding TrustYou ratings, the new version has changed the categories (cleanliness, room, reception). I preferred the old layout, which I found clearer, more intuitive, and easier to identify to quickly analyze the strengths and areas for improvement of our establishment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The item ranking has been changed since the new 2026 version of TrustYou; I found the old version more decipherable.
