What do you like most?
The automation built into ROH makes the sales process really easy. From the initial booking important, it pulls everything from the contract and then sets the booking to those deadlines. There's less clicking through and adding elements to these bookings. Another added benefit is the auto-invoicing too! It will make sure the client gets those payment reminders without us needing to click and schedule them. What may have been a 5-10 minute process of interesting the important document details, deadlines, credit card authorizations, and etc., now we can just upload, review, and send. Such a time-saver!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice for the credit card authorization part to have more to it. For example, the client can put the card in the system, but for the hotel side it doesn't confirm what charges they agree to. If there's a way to attach a standard authorization for or one built into the system, it would make that easier for the hotel side.
