What do you like most?
We are extremely satisfied with GuestRevu at our property. By sending review requests to all of our guests, we are able to gather real-time, honest feedback that provides a clear view of how our operations are performing on a day-to-day basis. This process often highlights issues or opportunities that we may not even have been aware of, allowing us to address them promptly and enhance the comfort and overall experience of future guests. Guest feedback through GuestRevu acts as an ongoing, dynamic evaluation of our property. Each review provides valuable insights into what our guests appreciate, as well as areas where we can improve. This direct line of communication allows us to make meaningful operational adjustments and continually refine our service to ensure that each stay exceeds expectations and consistently delights our guests. Moreover, the insights from GuestRevu give us a comprehensive understanding of our position within the competitive set. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently the GUI works well for me. It is easy to access and information presents well. The only issue is that when it loads the 99% sign sometimes sits there for a while and it is distracting.
