What do you like most?
What I like most about Duve is how the communication hub and the SMS features make it incredibly easy to connect with guests before they arrive. Duve helps us share essential arrival details, such as which building their room is in, and reminds them to book our popular restaurants early. It has genuinely improved our guest journey.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’d love to see some small enhancements in the email editor to make crafting messages even smoother. A few extra formatting options and more flexibility would make communication even easier.
