What do you like most?
The product concept and ease of use. The admin dashboard is also very easy to use. The quarterly reports that are emailed to us are helpful as well for management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-It might be nice to have a reminder email go out to Admin/Managers when an employee is "inactive" on the platform, perhaps triggering a reminder to delete the employee if there was a termination, the need to order additional QR code cards, etc. -Copy of client survey we could provide to our property managers. Perhaps there are issues they are having since they're using the product on a more frequent basis.
