What do you like most?
Overall, the highlight of working with Crave is their customer support and fast responsiveness, even across time zones. I think generally the tablets are easy to use from both a guest perspective as well as on the "back end."
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like if the tablets could be updated more quickly to account for any 86'd items, and for the process to push out updates to be a little less confusing. I've done it a few times and every time I still wonder if I'm doing it right.
