What do you like most?
In our sustainability efforts, we are now able to be paperless in rooms. Guests have the ability to request a multitude of services, from additional towels, reservation/activity requests, and place in-room dining orders with the touch of a button. We are also able to advertise critical hotel information or promote on-property events on the tablets through the banner function.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Under the in-room-dining function, we have to have two sections for our late night/overnight options as the system has an issue detecting it is the same category that exceeds midnight. It would be ideal to have the one section to not confuse guests when ordering
