What do you like most?
Woby is a great tool to enhance guest experience by offering the possibility for ordering rooms service, table service, pool service, beach service and having the possibility to provide guests with an online concierge tool. Furthermore, Woby integrates with multiple systems making for a smooth customer journey. What I like most is the constant communication between the technical staff at Woby and us as the hotel. If something is not working as we like or something is missing, they get to work on it right away.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The backend of the Woby app could be a bit more user-friendly and intuitive. Other than that all works great!
