What do you like most?
The spa team seems to like the scheduling ability as well as the retail functions. having them all in one program is helpful
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It seems to lose sync with the server/PMS functions at the hotel. I am having to force reset the server at least once a week in order for the spa staff to be able to bill to guests rooms.
