What do you like most?
1. It is easy to communicate with other departments and work efficiently. 2. Non-face-to-face check-in reduces the number of guests waiting during peak check-in times. 3. Room service and simple orders can be requested directly by customers using the tablet PC in the room. It is convenient because it reduces the number of phone calls.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the case of Dowhat Messenger, if you log in on another device, you cannot check previous conversations. It would be better if you could retrieve previous conversations on all devices.
