What do you like most?
I like the fact that there is someone on hand at all times. If the person you are speaking too cant help, they will put you on to someone who can help. Keep up the great work :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing I do find difficult is managing the website. I have watched the videos etc. but still cannot seem to master it.
