What do you like most?
How easy it is! Once its set-up, it does all the work for you. Also very happy with the results. Last year, out of 400 emails sent via Cartstack, over 50 bookings were ultimately recovered
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For what we use it for - I cant think of anything. I find the program to be fairly straight forward.
