What do you like most?
very good service and very good number of Trip Advisor reviews , we use the tablet to collect the surveys and is working well Been using RepUp for a while now, and we're very happy with the varied functionalities that the platform has. From replying to reporting features, it really is an all-in-one solution for reputation. We've been able to collect a lot of positive reviews which have really helped our rankings on review sites and other OTAs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
everything is fine so far, we intend to continue using this product in our resort Sometimes the dashboard takes a long time to load, also the reports can take time as well.
