What do you like most?
Easy to use, with a clear structure and super intuitive use. They have a great support centre, and anything you might need, they are here to help you with everything. Is a really useful App, not all the app's for hotels are at this level, and it's a pleasure to work with it. The colors, logos and everything is easy to understand and to apply when you are working on your shift. Even you don't have a "powerful" phone, the app is working well on any kind of device and that helps you to don't be limited to buy an specific kind of mobile. The possibility to have it in 14 different languages it's great for all the staff, since we have employees from around the world. Is not limiting anyone to learn a language or to be in trouble for not understanding a task or a logo.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More efficiency when they are changes in opera, sometimes it takes a little bit longer to be reflected on Hubbos, or, even though if you don't restart your App or you refresh it is not appearing immediately. Also, would be nice to be logged in at the same time in two or more different accounts, like Instagram, for example. This way, if you are using your own account and your department account for different things, you don't have to log out and to log in again and viceversa to work with both. Also would be nice to have the options of "kind of fault" when you enter a fault from your mobile (on the computer is working well). when you wirte, for example "bathroom" on a fault in your mobile, the forms are not appearing and then everybody writes in different ways the same fault. That makes difficult to classify all the faults in a row, you have to read them, classify them manually and organize it as much as you can. Also, would be nice to have acces to "who" is accepting the tasks like minibars, room service, etc. As well to see how many tasks the valets are doing per day, etc, like the report that housekeeping has. That would help for the productivity forms made every month.
