you can send quick message to guest, reduces the pressure f o r F ront desk to answer phone calls
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
nothing comes to mind, some times there is delay in sending message to the guest for ex we send a message at 5.00pm guest got it at 9.00pm it woke him up and he was upset.
