What do you like most?
What I like most about Event Temple is having one centralized platform to manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through contracting and event execution. It provides visibility into our pipeline, keeps our teams organized and accountable, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From a corporate leadership perspective, I especially appreciate the ability to oversee multiple properties, track performance, and maintain consistent sales processes across our portfolio. It's a valuable tool for both our sales teams and leadership.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see more robust reporting and analytics capabilities, particularly from a corporate leadership perspective. Having the ability to easily customize reports, compare performance across multiple properties, and better track sales productivity, conversion rates, and revenue trends would be incredibly valuable. More flexibility in building dashboards and pulling portfolio-wide data would help us make more informed decisions without having to rely on manual reporting. I know this is in the works, and I'm excited to see it come to life!
