What do you like most?
Gathering all our concierge in one spot from where we can contact our partners and guests. It's easy to track what has been done and what needs to be done changing statuses of different services. The integration with Mews allows us to post the costs only in CO which gives the team a great overview.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Small things such as updates when we make changes in Mews. If we move a reservation to another room it does not always corresond in CO. When creating services on hourly basis it would be great to be able to add how many hours has been booked and that it would also reflect the price.
