What do you like most?
It concentrates all channels and social media in one place, thus making communication with the customer easier. The support is very practical and proactive in service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe that the reports can still be improved so that we can have more customer data, because when we remove the robot from the service, the reports do not provide much information about that customer, the reports do not identify the customer by state, through the area code of the phone.
