What do you like most?
ThinkReservations is easy to use, comprehensive in its breadth, robust, and can do everything! I like that I can access and use it from my laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Their support function is very quick and responsive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to manage the email list better for the marketing functioning, namely to add/remove emails from the list.
