What do you like most?
We use Flexkeeping across multiple properties for housekeeping and maintenance, and we're very happy with it. The software does what we need day to day, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We'd like to see deeper integration with our PMS, particularly for our owner accounting properties. Tighter two-way syncing would reduce manual double handling and make it easier to manage properties with owner-based reporting requirements.
