What do you like most?
The demo looked good and the sales agent made it sound like their onboarding was high touch (you would think for this price). It was not. Horrible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Their sales agents are non-stop and high pressure to get the "deal." One guy just wouldn't stop blowing me up on phone and email. He finally stopped and I found out he left the company. Enter agent #2- same thing, but nicer guy. Only problem, he got me to sign and then he ALSO quit the company (what does that tell you about this organization?). So, months later we finally get someone to assist with onboarding after no email replies and it is nothing but terse emails, pushing us to meet their onboarding agent deadlines. When certain things needed multi level input on our side and took a few says, they would threaten and tell us whether we figured it out or not they were done with our training and onboarding. I have quite literally never worked with a company or a service that cost so much and had such lack luster customer service. In addition, their billing department "lost" or didn't attribute over $5k in payments they collected from us and then started threatening to send to collections. Now, I am left with emails back and forth and having to send proof from my Chase account that they did indeed take this money and they need to find it. One woman in the Billing Dept apologized and said it was due to the fact that they had switched billing systems and it was a huge mess for lots of accounts. Wouldn't you approach from a different direction if your business has a known issue or weak spot in an area like billing instead of accusing the client? Avoid at all costs. At this point I have just asked to cancel and of course they want me to pay for a service we have never used. I deeply regret not going with the competitor I was debating, Cendyn. Another hotel I work with is using them with a much better experience.
