Customer support is excellent, they help us with questions, clarify our issues, introduce us to new features. Offers that can help us, disparity alerts. etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the back office platform is slightly difficult to work with. Mainly for launching offers, packages, and discounts. For me, it's a little confusing.
