The platform is easy to use and offers strong reporting capabilities, allowing us to understand what is working well and identify areas for improvement across our resorts. It is a powerful tool for our Quality Department, with the outlet-level reporting being particularly valuable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Email templates used to communicate with travelers. - Integration with certain CRM platforms is not available as a standard or native functionality. - Customization of the surveys’ look and feel, including their templates.
