What do you like most?
ROH is a one stop shop for digital signatures and deposit payment processing. It has allowed our sales operation to become more efficient by utilizing one system for contracting and payment as opposed to using two or three different ones. It also helps us stay organized between all sales team members and stay on top of client follow ups.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the ability to retrieve card information would be helpful as we do have some groups who don't pay deposits but pay upon checkout for certain reservations.
