What do you like most?
I like that we have all communications in just one place, making it easier to view data and make improvements, in a few clicks we have access to the entire journey.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe that the part about askflows and other details like buttons are still a bit complicated because most of the time I need to ask support to make changes, I would like to have more autonomy.
