What do you like most?
eTip is absolutely one of the best vendors we've worked with. Our associates get huge benefit from our partnership. Everyone is excited when we announce this benefit at a new location. eTip is impressively easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Really nothing needs improvement - they are very easy to implement at new properties... very little downtime! I am so glad we found eTip. They are more affordable and the app is truly simple for guests to utilize.
