What do you like most?
We use Canary for our housekeeping team to receive digital tips and our front desk staff use it for secure credit card authorization forms. Both are very great attributes and the online credit card authorization process is very simple and efficient for guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could possibly be more security for the credit card authorization process to insure more safety. But it works great now.
