What do you like most?
The review summary is great!! Especially that you can filter out by room. It has an open API, which is very helpful for us, for eg: creating tickets to housekeeping and maintance directly from guest reviews. The support is also great and fast to help when we have any issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Could have more API end points, but the support is always open for new feature requests, so I think this solves it.
