What do you like most?
The onboarding experience with Alessio Ferrari was truly excellent. The platform is quite intuitive and easy to use. We haven't yet experienced their customer support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More hands-on training and less self-study. Many aspects aren't covered during onboarding, and we have to find a lot of things to figure out afterward.
