What do you like most?
The canned responses along with the campaigns are very helpful for our daily work. In addition, the organization of all the messages from our customers in a well designed dashboard is beneficial for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Meta restriction of not sending messages after 24h cause problems in some cases, which are bypassed by certain HiJiffy canned responses.
