What do you like most?
I like the comprehensive report from trustyou. They can gather all the data from competitors and all around ota. The customer service support also very helpful, Mba Windiya and Deon helps us a lot.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The speed of the cxp, sometimes the load is a bit slow. I am still adapting from trustyou classic to cxp, quick catch up or training would be nice.
