- ease of modifying reservations - in general, the reservation engine is very intuitive and gives the hotelier a lot of independence - creation of offers - packages - the business ai part - market segmentation, cancellation analysis, the main dashboard is very practical and visual - it helps the revenue team when making decisions - monthly reports and advisory from our account manager - design focused on conversion, flexibility in payment methods - facilitating purchase - priceseeker - its tour operation module among other things, but the tour operation part makes a difference compared to other rate shoppers
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continuing to grow with the same dynamic. we are very happy with the services. sometimes we would like the wait times to be reduced, although we understand that it is complicated due to high demand.
