What do you like most?
We love how Asksuite helps us improve guest communication and make our daily operations more efficient. The platform is very helpful, and the support team has been excellent. Daniel, our Account Manager, is always attentive, responsive, and willing to help us get the most out of the platform. Having such great support makes a big difference in our experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are very happy with the product overall. If there is one area for improvement, it would be expanding integrations with additional communication channels to offer even more flexibility and centralize guest interactions across platforms.
