Digital pre-check in, upselling, messages, we also register cars for parking in advance. Housekeeping knows departure time, that is great feature.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Should not offer breakfast when breakfast is included in the package, we still have to double check with guests all upsells added to the bill.
