What do you like most?
Everything is absolutely fantastic! I really like the platform performance and I access it every day! Nice job! keep it up!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Partnering with sites like Hotels.com, Agoda, and Trip.com would allow us to respond directly on Trustyou. Regarding Booking.com reviews where the customer, for example, rates a 10 and doesn't write anything, we can't respond on either the Booking.com or Trustyou platforms, so these should be removed from the percentage of responses the hotel achieves, as the hotel will never have 100% of responses in this format. Trustyou's monthly closing date isn't at the beginning of the month, but around the 6th or 7th. However, sometimes we receive reports considering the closing date earlier, which eliminates some of the comments that aren't counted. We're using an AI-based response system, and they shouldn't include the customer's full name, only their first name. When the response is long, the button to submit the response is too low, and we have to scroll up to click it.
