How easy it is for employees to answer the reviews with the help of AI. The survey function The AI evaluation If I have a concern, I always get immediate support! Top!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if the AI that asks follow-up questions in the survey could also be trained. For example, if a guest writes that there was no staff on site (but there is), the AI would give a hint and maybe ask an adjusted follow-up question and not "Would you have liked personal contacts on site, and if so, in which situations would that have been helpful?" But rather our "Employees are on site from/to. Did you arrive outside these times? Or was the communication about when a staff member is on site missing?"
