What do you like most?
I have been using rezgain, uno & optima from years ago, the best part is the customer support and follow ups.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the help tool, there should be screen share option, so that we can solve the problem ,by discussing it to the customer service agent and telephone service at the same time, it is the solution to 60% of the problems, all issues will be solved there itself!! Instead of case ticket and wait for it.
