What do you like most?
Thanks to their professionalism and proactive approach, they provide trouble-free service in many areas. We have been using Hotelrunner in all three of our hotels since our hotel openings and we have been receiving service for years without any problems regarding channel manager and website integration. As Weingart Hotels group, we would like to thank the whole team. I would like to open a separate parenthesis especially for Mr. Özgür from the team. I would like to thank him for his support in every situation, morning or evening, weekdays or weekends, and for solving all problems with 100% performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be much better if it would be possible to shorten the time for price and availability updates to be reflected on the channels.
