What do you like most?
Clean UI - very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to train staff. Extremely configurable on the property level, user class level, and individual user level. Incredibly versatile, giving us lots of strategic and tactical options for operations and marketing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our project manager, Bridget, communicated very poorly with both our team and Agilysys team, and two different products were largely nonfunctional when first installed. The installations were extremely stressful for everyone in three departments. In Guest Services, we created a full-time position to manage installation issues for the first three weeks, and I know that Food and Beverage put a lot of time and effort into troubleshooting as well. Overall, I'd say the product is good enough that the process will be worth it in the end, but two different botched installations were extremely stressful and led to an unquantifiable amount of lost revenue.
