What do you like most?
In my case, support responded quickly and provided assistance. Tablet maintenance and content can be synchronized across all tablets via a backend, allowing for quick changes. The system is expandable with various add-ons, such as room heating control (a compatible PMS is required if you want to utilize the full functionality).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, a large portion of our tablets no longer work. We ordered 14 tablets, of which 5 are still fully functional after a good 3.5 years of the paid-for 4-year contract term. The remaining tablets can no longer be used because they no longer wake up from standby, even though they are displayed online and have a full battery. Restarting the tablets unfortunately only helps in the short term. If I turn off standby so that the display stays on all the time, they still work, but this is rather counterproductive in the guest rooms at night. According to support, it's normal for the devices to break after this time, as they are subjected to "heavy" use. Broken tablets, however, look different to me, as the tablets work as long as standby isn't activated. So, to extend my expiring contract in July, I would have to buy 9 new tablets now plus pay the annual license fee. So I decided to cancel because I didn't want to keep buying new tablets. It's a shame, really, because I enjoyed using the system and our guests loved it.
