What do you like most?
Receiving weekly comp set reports. Running reporting to create target account lists. Being able to get granular on accounts and also when searching. Specifying your search results to get the most out of the process. Easily responding to RFPs and tracking progress on them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Updating contact information on accounts as many contacts are outdated or no longer with company. Emails bounce back at times. Making it easier to interact with clients once RFPs are submitted to see status of your RFP. Perhaps having a separate tracking system where you can see where your proposal stacks against the competition.
