What do you like most?
With this product are we able to connect with our guests in a smooth way. Both pre arrival, during their stay and after departure. It makes it possible to be more flexible and we can be more certain that our guests have the latest information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It could be more flexible about when the pre-arrival mail is sent. Guest with late bookings do not get any information by mail (only three days before arrival). We cannot see which guest got the information or not. We would appreciate a development, with a simple guest evaluation system.
