What do you like most?
This tool has made us able to hold our staff accountable on day to day task. This also helps with communication to the guests! We have been able to make this accessible on everyone devices they use daily which increases the communication levels with staff and customers!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
This is a long shot but I believe it would be so cool to have like a tracker when you are requesting additional items (towels, soaps, rollaway bed, etc). The tracker could have request received, in the works, on the way, and delivered! Kind of like a dominos pizza tracker haha
