What do you like most?
-Minimize face to face contact with guest and staff -Quick way to send & receive messages -It can be downloaded to my phone as an App so I can monitor/ respond when necessary.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-At times, the notifications do not come in immediately -Also, definitely needs to update as messages are answered, we continuously need to click refresh to see responses that have been sent or to confirm that someone has responded. -
