What do you like most?
We shopped extensively for a distribution/CRS platform and booking engine, and through discussions with each vendor we determined that TravelTripper was a good fit for us. They have been incredibly responsive and the system works very well. The integration process with our PMS (StayNTouch) was seamless and easy. We've had little to no problems over the first 6 months of using the product and are planning to switch the rest of our portfolio over to TravelTripper in the coming year. We are also evaluating their Digital Marketing services as they come highly recommended. Thanks!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I can think that could be improved is more detailed and customizable reporting - that is not to say that the current reporting is not sufficient, we are completely happy with the reporting on the platform but more customizable and drilled-down reporting functions would be a bonus.
