What do you like most?
- Customer support - very personalised and close relationship with our account manager. She also helped us through a difficult training period through Covid-19 where new employees had to stand in to handle the system. - Once one is used to using RVNG - it has nice features and easy to navigate in. The sales reports are very useful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- We have had some issues with rate loading - RVNG is complicated until an employee has gotten used to it, which can take a long time. - It would be nice with an alert on loaded rates a month prior to the set 'end active' date. We have issues collecting all the necessary contact details on the guests booking via this platform.
