What do you like most?
Especially in times of sustainability, it is impossible to imagine our rooms without tablets. Whereas the chambermaids used to have to exchange various pages in the room folders for every change, we now only have a few clicks at reception. Thanks to the integrated infrared remote control, the guest almost always has the tablet in their hand in the room. We let our guests opt out of room cleaning via the tablets, which is a great success. With the app, our guests can fill out the registration forms before arrival and thus save time at check-in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An individual addition of registration form fields would be nice. If our guests use the parking lot, we charge a fee, for this we need the license plate. The IQ Controll backend should be responsiv for mobile phones and tablets. And sometimes the loading of the backend takes much time.
